• Gladney Home Study Fee - $2,000 (Home Study Review Fee of $750 if another agency conducts the Home Study)
• Gladney Program Fee - $7,500
• Post Placement Supervision Fee - $1,600 (if Gladney conducts the Home Study)
• Post Placement Administration Fee - $450
• SUBTOTAL PAID TO GLADNEY - $11,850
