• Couples must be married a minimum of 5 years.
• Only couples may adopt.
• One parent must be a U.S. citizen.
• Adoptive parents must be 25-50 years old.
• Each spouse must have no more than 1 previous marriage.
• Families with more than two children are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Both must travel.

You will be required to complete a foreign dossier. The Gladney Center for Adoption will assist you with every step of this process.
